Meet Dr. Ernest De Paoli
Dr. De Paoli, a gentle and caring dentist, uses the most advanced and painless techniques available in modern dentistry to provide the highest level of comfort and quality dental care for his patients. He prides himself in creating a personal relationship with each patient in order to create a dental plan that is most comfortable the patient. While getting to know each patient, Dr. De Paoli carefully listens to their wishes and then explains in detail the best options available for their particular needs. Dr. De Paoli creates an element of trust with his patients that is not often found, or expected, which creates a sense of security in knowing you are receiving the best dental care possible.
In order to provide his patients with the latest in quality dental treatment, Dr. De Paoli places great emphasis on continuing his education. He graduated from Baylor Dental School with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1988, and since that time, has had extensive post-graduate training in cosmetic dentistry from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Texas Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
In addition to Dr. De Paoli’s friendly personality and outstanding achievements, he also takes part in many community activities. He tries to keep the community updated on current dental topics by speaking at various senior centers, day cares, and Frisco schools. Furthermore, he has been a member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce for over ten years. He also holds annual fundraising events for Frisco Family Services, a group that provides assistance to Frisco families in need, and the Guns and Hoses Foundations of North Texas which provides financial assistance to families of Frisco police officers and firefighters who have died in the line of duty.
Dr. De Paoli has been married 18 years to his wife, Shana, and they have two children, Morgan (15) and Grant (10) and a dachshund named Charlie (1). In addition to spending time with his family, Dr. De Paoli enjoys running, working out, eating hot dogs, traveling, and relaxing on the beach.
DeDe is a registered dental assistant who has been in dentistry for over 15 years. She is certified in CPR, first aid, nitrous oxide administration and radiology. DeDe has attended the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, completed Dental Boot Kamp, Pinnacle Practices and is a member of the American Dental Assistants Association. DeDe has been with Dr. De Paoli since the practice opened in January 2001. She is currently Dr. De Paoli’s new patient coordinator.
DeDe and her Husband, have two children and a menagerie of rescued dogs that keep them on their toes. DeDe enjoys volunteering in Collin County for Animal Rescue and Welfare.
Tammy is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been with our office for more than eight years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Collin County Community College in 2002 and is a member of both the American Dental Hygienist’s Association and The Greater Collin County Dental Hygienist’s Society. Tammy is also a recipient of the Hu Friedy Golden Scaler Award given for proficiency and excellence in overall patient management. She takes the time to get to know each and every person who comes into our office and truly cares for their dental health and well being. Her goal is to provide the highest quality of care to her patients with minimal discomfort during their dental cleanings.
Tammy is the mother of two teenage sons, Zach and Ethan, who attend college and high school locally. She grew up in East Texas where she developed a love for doing just about anything outdoors. During her spare time, Tammy enjoys crafts, floral arranging, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Cari is a Registered Dental Assistant, who graduated valedictorian for the ATI dental assisting program. She has worked as Dr. De Paoli’s Lead Assistant since 2006 but has been in the dental field since 1995. Cari has also completed training for Pinnacle Practices. She is originally from East Texas.
She and her husband Mike, who works for the city of Frisco, have been in Frisco since 2000. Cari enjoys running, the outdoors, going to concerts, and sports events. They have a cat named Boucho, who qualifies as a child for now.
Maneeka is our Hygiene Coordinator. She has been with Dr. De Paoli for almost 3 years, however she has been in the dental field for 4 ½ years. She is originally from Dallas, TX. She graduated from Centennial High School in Frisco, Tx in May 2006. Maneeka comes from a family full of dental professionals, which include her mother, aunt, and cousin. When Maneeka isn’t working she loves spending time with her friends and family, watching sports, and baking.
Stacey is a Registered Dental Assistant. She graduated from Texas Dental Assistant School in Plano. She joined our team as Dr. De Paoli’s assistant in March 2011. Her desire to be a dental assistant stems from compassion and love to care for others. Stacey and her husband, Kery, currently reside north of McKinney, but plan on moving closer to Frisco soon. Stacey loves going to the beach, running, eating Mexican food, camping, fishing, and spending time with her family. She and her husband have no children at the moment, but her Yorkie, Walter, keeps her busy. They also have two other dogs and a cat. Stacey is looking forward to many years as Dr. De Paoli’s assistant.
